WEEK 4 - Movie trailer

I Am Legend

I AM LEGEND shows buildings in the state of abandonment. Grass growing on the road really interests me and gave ideas to put in my building.

Wall.E

The movie Walle has really good effects on how the world would be like in 100 of year’s time. Although they went on an opposite approach to my idea of have a lot of vegetations and plants growing everywhere.

Planets of the Apes

I like the fact that Planet of the Apes shows a lot of vegetation. The buildings are fairly old. Some of the scenes like the desert are quite off what I wanted.

The day After Tomorrow

I like the fact that the natural disaster is the reason for abandonment. The cyclone and flooding is what I’m basing my environment to be. This is where that idea came from. The buildings are demolished by the cyclone and water covered the land.

28 Weeks Later

Abandonment looks good. How the cars are left and no occupancy of buildings.
